  4. By hiring our ghostwriting services in Australia and/or making a payment, you agree that you have read, understand, and accept these terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as they represent the entire agreement between you and ghostwriting.au.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

‘Website’ refers to all online information on the ghostwriting.au website pages.

‘You’ means the customer.

‘Yours’ refers to you and any other individual ordering from ghostwriting.au on your behalf.

‘Company,’ ‘we,’ and ‘our’ mean ghostwriting.au, a company incorporated under the applicable laws.

The term 'service or product' means all services and products offered by our Australian ghostwriters at ghostwriting.au to the customer in compliance with their order.

The term 'order' refers to a customer's order placed via phone or email to purchase services or products from ghostwriting.au. The order is confirmed by a down payment by check, credit card, cash receipt, wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal.

OUR SERVICES

It is important that you read and understand the return policy in order to appreciate the rights and limitations as set by the Ghost Writing Policy. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly before making any order and/or payment to this website.

RETURNS

We do not allow refunds for confirmed orders, taking into consideration the nature of services that we provide.

Any change required to be made for quality purposes, such as editing and proofreading services, will be met. Our ghostwriting services in Australia have a revision process to help every customer, as their satisfaction is our first priority.

In case the provided services do not meet the standards that were mentioned when the order was originally made, we guarantee that there will be a thorough internal assessment and recreation of the content at no additional cost

REVISIONS

The revision policy varies depending on the product. Each product has its own revision policy, as described in the service description of that product. The revisions are made after 5 to 10 days of the order being marked as "waiting for customer approval" in our order management platform. The timeframe to complete revisions depends on the package selected.

Revisions are done at the end of the order process after the product has been offered to the customer for review. At this point, the customer can request revisions directly by sending an email to their project manager to ensure that the original specifications have been met throughout the product.

The customer can always adjust any content they receive from us personally after the order has been fulfilled but before it is published, considering the rights to it in Word format.

REFUND POLICY

We process refunds on a case-by-case basis, and we do our best to support the customer and meet their requirements to the best of our abilities.

If the order is not yet allocated at the time of refund, it may be possible for a refund to be processed, except in exceptional circumstances.

In cases where refunds are processed, it will take 5 to 15 days for the refund to appear on the customer's end. There is a processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher).

You will receive confirmation of acceptance from the support team for your refund request, which will only be processed through the original payment method used in placing the order. You will receive a notification of the refund through your email address.

However, compensation is only given in unusual circumstances and under specific conditions, as stated below:

CHANGE OF MIND:
  • a) Prior to project initiation: The customer is eligible for a full refund prior to our writers and editors beginning work on the project.
    If the customer changes their mind and wants to cancel their project with us after placing their order, they can request a refund within one hour of placing the order.
  • b) After the project has progressed: For any refund requests made after the customer has received at least one round of revisions, they will receive a partial refund in order to fairly compensate our Australian ghostwriters.
INCOMPETENT DELIVERY:

Once the work is delivered, customers are only eligible for a refund if they meet all of the conditions listed below:

  • • If the project does not meet the criteria specified by the customer.
  • • We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure that the delivery meets their expectations. We assign and revise their project as needed to ensure their satisfaction. In case we are unable to meet our customers' requirements, a refund will be issued with a mutual agreement (but only in circumstances where the delivery significantly deviates from the agreed requirements).
LATE DELIVERY:

We are committed to ‘on-time delivery,' and if we fail to deliver your requested service on time after at least three attempts to contact us via email or helplines, you will be eligible for a refund if it is supported by the documentation that the delay was attributable to us.

REFUND TIME FRAME:

Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the initial order delivery, and no further requests will be taken thereafter.

During the order placement process, customers must be aware of the refund deadline.

CASES WHERE REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED:
  • • In case of a late delivery due to minor technical issues such as grammar, typing, word density, missing references, and similar issues, refunds will be determined on a mutually agreed basis, and the company will only offer a partial refund and discounts for future purchases.
  • • The company will not be held liable for any delays caused by the customer.
  • • There will be no refund for content delivered below the agreed word count
MODIFICATION TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES:
  • • The company will not be held liable for any delays caused by the customer.
  • • There will be no refunds for content below the agreed word counts.
  • • ghostwriting.au may change prices and discounts for uniformity without notice.
  • • Our ghostwriting services in Australia reserve the right to make formatting consistent without prior notice at any time.
  • • The company will not be accountable for any service modification, pricing adjustments, suspension, or discontinuation that a customer or any third party may experience.
